You can cite the website, but you cannot copy it. It is likely however that the article will soon be deleted as a copyright violation. You may want to create a sandbox for your user page, or write out the article on a separate word-processing program, then copy it and paste it in a recreated article. And here is what I ended up doing with the rewrite. I think I got carried aay a little bit, but this is pretty much what mall articles should look like. Use this as a guide when you tackle Cielo Vista Mall again, which you are allowed to do since the original version was speedy deleted. You might want to put an {{underconstruction}} tag at the top while you're working on it, which tells editors to basically leave you alone until you're done.
