I'm a bit confused! Maybe it's a Wikipedia software issue or that I've spent too long out in the sun, but I can't find the edit that you're referring to. I even looked at the verion of the article as I left it in February and can't find any reference to G418... - since I don't actually do any research (yet!), let alone work in that particular field, I don't know much about the subject (I just spent a few weeks working on that article since I wanted to learn more about yeast two-hybrid research but have subsequently forgotten most of the details in the months that followed!).
