Taiwan population[edit]

Hi Groznia. I have again reverted this change, because it contradicts the source cited for the population, which says "The current population growth rate for Taiwan is small at 0.18%." That is, a slight increase. Kanguole 10:48, 12 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.

When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled "Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:

Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)

I noticed your recent edit to Nouman Ali Khan does not have an edit summary. You can use the edit summary field to explain your reasoning for an edit, or provide a description of what the edit changes. Summaries save time for other editors and reduce the chances your edit will be misunderstood. For some edits a summary may be quite brief.

Please provide an edit summary for every edit you make. With a Wikipedia account you can give yourself a reminder to add an edit summary by setting Preferences → Editing → check Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary, and then click the "Save" button. Thanks! Snuish (talk) 04:16, 29 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification for October 1[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Swahili language, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages English, German and Portuguese. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 24 hours for edit warring and violating the three-revert rule. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Daniel Case (talk) 18:59, 5 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

October 2022[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Finland. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. You cannot threaten to report people when you are not even taking part in talk page discussion refuting points, continue to do so and you will be the one reported. TylerBurden (talk) 12:22, 6 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

It would seem you are already blocked for edit warring on a seperate article, you should let that be a lesson to take part in discussions instead of just claiming everything the opposing editor is saying is invalid and reverting. TylerBurden (talk) 12:25, 6 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

what is your exact issue on Religion in eritrea[edit]

We did the same in religion in nigeria why not here? Whats wrong with having two estimates? 2A02:C7C:30D9:C400:6745:82EE:9699:2839 (talk) 14:17, 13 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

You need to find a consensus on the talk page first Groznia (talk) 16:29, 13 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I did it twice which you ignore your the only one who object use the talk page so we can get consensus. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2A02:C7C:30D9:C400:161D:BF9C:CA41:EE31 (talk) 17:11, 13 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

All was added was a graph and the arda statistic having two graphs are fine either remove the graph or put its dishonest to place only one when the statistic differ so much. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2A02:C7C:30D9:C400:5566:F657:1E84:5285 (talk) 12:03, 15 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

ARDA and Pew religion data[edit]

Hello Groznia,

Please refrain from adding data about religion demographics from the ARDA and Pew, as they are not reliable, even more so when they replace census data or data from thoroughgoing census-like surveys. The ARDA and its projections are reproductions of the World Religion Database aka World Christian Database (they are the same), which are ultimately produced by the Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Pew's latest data for all countries are those collected in 2010; no newer data have been produced since, apart from data for religion in the United States, and Pew's sets of data from 2020 to 2050 (Pew-Templeton Global Religious Futures) are pseudodata projections (WP:CRYSTAL). The issue has been already discussed multiple times; the latest discussion is this one and together with other users we have been considering the deprecation of these sources. Best regards, Æo (talk) 17:49, 15 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

P.S. US Department of State (state.gov) and CIA World Factbook data are also unreliable. They often do not cite their sources (when they do, such as in this Latvia case, please cite the actual original source, in this case, for instance, the Latvian Ministry of Justice), and frequently their sources are the aforementioned ARDA or Pew.--Æo (talk) 18:14, 15 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

howw was the exit in religion in eritrea disruptive?[edit]

Both me and Unionsa1 agree with the edit in adding arda statistic as well as graph as both are from the 2020 estimate. The arda statistic is not mentioned in the faith and denomination section so its not repeating nothing so you should have no issues here. 2A02:C7C:30D9:C400:551D:74EF:5E87:7D7A (talk) 14:30, 17 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
