We've never had an article by that (case sensitive) title so I don't know which you're talking about. I'd suggest reading the deletion log and the links within it, however, if you want to know why it was deleted. Chances are, I had no opinion on the article and deleted it out of process. If this is the case, you'll likely see a link to "WP:PROD" in the deletion log.
