David Epstein's glib comments about Robert Klonsky "being an innocent victim" of McCarthyism, further demonstrates his own political bias which badly shapes this page. In fact, Robert Klonsky WAS an innocent victim of McCarthyism. His conviction under the Smith Act was little more than an act of witch hunting and was thrown out by the Supreme Court after Klonsky had served time in the penitentiary. Epstein leaves out any mention of the court's overturn in his rewrite. He obviously believes that the court's decision has nothing to do with someone's guilt or innocence. Perhaps if Epstein had himself done some hard time for simply expressing his political opinions, he wouldn't be so glib. Shame on Wikipedia for letting him take part in the destruction of someone's reputation, especially when they are dead and can't speak for themselves.

April 2008 - second time[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, your recent numerous edits to Michael Klonsky did not appear to be constructive (particularly by removing cited content) and have been reverted or removed.

Contributors should not remove cited material from this article. If there is a dispute in published, reliable literature about a fact, Wikipedia's verifiablility guidelines and guidelines on biographies of living persons are quite clear: Both facts should be discussed in the article, and citations to both sets of facts made. The article should then clearly point out that there is a dispute. It is not enough for a contributor to merely assert that "XYZ source is wrong"; verifiability is the key to Wikipedia, and contributors should provide alternative facts, cite them, and make the dispute over the facts very clear.

CPML and Maoism and the Developed World[edit]

According to the work Maoism and the Developed World, the CPML did pursue an anti-gay line, and explicitly supported the Shah of Iran against Soviet "social imperialism". --Gary123 (talk) 23:03, 5 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
