Welcome!

Hello, Gojira4eva, and welcome to Wikipedia! I hope you like the place and decide to stay.

There's a page about creating articles you may want to read called Your first article. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}} on this page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome!--Mishae (talk) 18:53, 15 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The article Kasai Rex has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

I could not find enough reliable sources that cover this. All I could find are sources that confirm that "Kasai Rex" is being investigated, or wikis.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Kasai Rex requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article or image appears to be a clear copyright infringement. This article or image appears to be a direct copy from http://carnivoraforum.com/topic/9331882/1/. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website or image but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. reddogsix (talk) 00:42, 14 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a message letting you know that one of your recent edits to (Ghost) Riders in the Sky: A Cowboy Legend has been undone by an automated computer program called ClueBot NG.

Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to (Ghost) Riders in the Sky: A Cowboy Legend with this edit, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. File permission problem with File:Toph Bei Fong again.png[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Toph Bei Fong again.png, which you've attributed to wikia:hero:File:Toph10.png. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.

If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

  • make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
  • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read the Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Stefan2 (talk) 19:37, 22 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The Last Dragon (2004 film)[edit]

You keep adding a massively over-detailed plot summary written in the style of a personal essay, lacking sources, and (the biggest problem) written form an in-universe perspective that inadequately reflects the consensus view of the subject. You're in danger of violating WP:3RR and while I only care about the quality of the encyclopedia, you give a srtrong impression of caring very very deeply indeed about your preferred text (see WP:OWN). Now would be a good time to stop. Guy (Help!) 18:04, 8 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

IT'S NOT OVER DETAILED , IT'S JUST RIGHT , AND IT'S NOT PREFERRED , ITS CORRECT , AND IT DOES NOT LACK SOURCES , AND THERE'S NO "REFLECTING" ANYWHERE , AND I'M NOT "VIOLATING" ANYTHING , AND IT'S NOT ESSAY STYLED Gojira4eva (talk) 18:08, 8 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I think you just proved my point. Guy (Help!) 18:12, 8 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

3RR warning[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Please be particularly aware that Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

In particular, editors should be aware of the three-revert rule, which says that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. While edit warring on Wikipedia is not acceptable in any amount and can lead to a block, breaking the three-revert rule is very likely to lead to a block. If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection.

You have already broken the 3RR rule, so may be blocked at any time. As already explained on the talk-page the plot should be between 400 and 700 words - the current version is 2615 words - almost 3/4 of it needs to be removed - Arjayay (talk) 18:24, 8 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

it IS between that Gojira4eva (talk) 18:31, 8 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I admit I am an engineer not a mathematician, but it seems ot me that 2,615 is not "between 400 and 700". And there are no cited sources anyway. Four separate users have reverted this text, only one adds it: you. Guy (Help!) 18:39, 8 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

doesn't have to be cited , it's fine the way it is Gojira4eva (talk) 18:40, 8 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

You are, bluntly, dead wrong. See WP:V, WP:RS and WP:NOR. Guy (Help!) 11:33, 9 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked temporarily from editing for edit warring and violating the three-revert rule. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}. However, you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.

During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.
