Thanks, but I've already been editing for quite some time as an anonymous user. Geolodus (talk) 20:06, 13 November 2018 (UTC)

Non-existent categories

Information icon Before adding a category to an article, as you did to Khor, Jawad, please make sure that the category page actually exists. In some cases, it may be appropriate to create a new category in accordance with Wikipedia's categorization guidelines, but it is usually better to use the most specific available existing category. It is never appropriate to leave a page categorised in a non-existent category, i.e. one whose link displays in red. You may find it helpful to use the gadget HotCat, which tests whether a category exists before saving a change. Thank you. --BrownHairedGirl (talk) • (contribs) 03:25, 13 March 2019 (UTC)

Thanks for the suggestion, but I cannot use HotCat as I mostly edit on mobile (thus, also no Twinkle or AWB). This is also the reason why I accidentally left the article with that red category, because categories simply don't display on that interface. Geolodus (talk) 10:04, 13 March 2019 (UTC)
I'll try using those gadgets when editing on the desktop interface. Geolodus (talk) 10:39, 13 March 2019 (UTC)

Template:Db-cnr listed at Redirects for discussion

An editor has asked for a discussion to address the redirect Template:Db-cnr. Since you had some involvement with the Template:Db-cnr redirect, you might want to participate in the redirect discussion if you wish to do so. Steel1943 (talk) 16:53, 31 March 2019 (UTC)

The Norwegian Civilian Marksmanship Association

Tjenare. Any chance you could "upgrade" your comment at Wikipedia:Redirects for discussion/Log/2019 May 9#The Norwegian Civilian Marksmanship Association to a "delete"? To be brutally honest about that name, nobody ever called Det frivillige Skyttervesen that, and it is likely just an imagined translation by the very inexperienced user who moved the article. Tack! Tjenare tillbaka. Two things: 1. You are basically telling me to change my vote in favor of yours, which does not get more acceptable considering that you're the discussion's nominator. 2. As I stated on the very page you linked, I have no particular opinions on what to do with the redirect, and presently no intentions to change that. Even if I did as you told me, it would not matter much as these things are for the most part decided through proper arguments, not head counts. Geolodus (talk) 18:26, 9 May 2019 (UTC)

Hello, thanks for your edit on the Cargo film article.

Could you possibly add the film poster image to the article? I can't figure out how to do it, thanks.

Ask the help desk; the people there can probably give a better explanation on this process than me. Geolodus (talk) 15:26, 1 June 2019 (UTC)

Thanks for adding disambiguation entry

Thanks for adding the entry for Lucius Cassius. How'd exactly did you find it, if I may ask? Ifly6 (talk) 07:17, 8 June 2019 (UTC)

I found it while browsing Category:Stubs and related categories in order to recategorise the articles there so they don't become overpopulated (a practice known as stub-sorting). I only found the article you're referring to by coincidence; I wouldn't exactly recommend this method when trying to add entries to disambiguation pages. A better one would simply be to search for the undisambiguated page name, and check if there are any articles with the name that aren't listed. Geolodus (talk) 07:30, 8 June 2019 (UTC)

Hello. Help copy edit and improvements for article. Thanks you. 58.187.77.36 (talk) 09:49, 11 June 2019 (UTC)

stop deleting content - vandalism is prohibited on Wikipedia

Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chemtrails, you may be blocked from editing. the chemtrails article — Preceding unsigned comment added by Soniaprods (talkcontribs) 02:03, 12 June 2019 (UTC)

My edits on that page weren't vandalism; yours were simply unnecessary content forking with dubious information from unreliable sources. Geolodus (talk) 06:31, 12 June 2019 (UTC)

Joint Undertakings

Hi Geoluds. In EU law, the term "joint undertaking" is a specific legal instrument of the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community for the creation of large scale public-private partnership research bodies.[1] It has nothing to do with the contents of the article to which the page "Joint Undertaking" is currently redirecting towards, which is on the matter of company law. Edit: I think it would be best to create a new page to describe EU joint undertakings and then disambiguate between them and the redirect. DispMed (talk) 08:29, 15 June 2019 (UTC)

It would be better if you explained this in your initial edit summary rather than simply blanking and then invalidly requesting speedy deletion. Either way, I recommend raising this issue elsewhere, such as Wikipedia:Redirects for discussion. Geolodus (talk) 08:38, 15 June 2019 (UTC)
