With regards to the article Compressed air energy storage, it is not the case that all work done in an adiabatic compression is spent on heating the gas; see the article adiabatic process. (An isothermal process can also do work.) In addition, a real gas is different from an ideal one.

As for the rest of your contributions, you didn't provide any references. (Verifiability is one of the core Wikipedia policies.) That said, the original figure of energy density wasn't referenced, either. - Mike Rosoft (talk) 20:37, 25 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
