Thanks for your message on my talk page. It is possible that your email hasn't been processed yet; there are a limited number of editors who deal with email at Wikipedia (to protect the privacy of those who email us, among other reasons) and I know they can be very busy. Did you receive a reply to your email from anyone at Wikipedia? Puffery[edit]
It would be better all around if you did not just copy and paste an art gallery's puffery of its artists into Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not about puffery such as "exciting bi-annual events with the frenzied attendance and resulting sales the talk of the art world". That's unproven and exaggerated. This is an encyclopaedia. It takes verifiable facts stated without the aim of promotion or taking sides. See also User:Uncle G/On notability#Writing about subjects close to you and Wikipedia:Conflict of interest. Use independent sources, where someone independent of the subject has written about the subject, and write neutrally, factually, and verifiably in your own words. If you do not have such independent sources, and all that is to hand is autobiography, advertising, and press releases, then do not write. If the only writing anywhere about a subject is autobiography full of exaggerations and unsupported self-serving claims, then that subject simply hasn't been documented well enough, factually enough, and accurately enough by the world to be in an encyclopaedia. - Echoing Uncle G, the effort to contribute this kind of material via a release of copyright is usually wasted, as it can be deleted as advertising, or ends up being extensively rewritten to come into compliance with the neutral, factual tone expected of an encyclopedia.
