If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Woodysgamertag requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. —KuyaBriBriTalk 16:52, 15 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

  • You need to cite reliable independent sources (not this person's own website, see WP:V) to show that it meets the notability standards of WP:WEB. NawlinWiki (talk) 17:59, 15 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

(Un)Blocked[edit]

  • Sorry, I mistook you for someone who was vandalising NawlinWiki's talkpage, and I screwed up badly when I blocked your account. I have unblocked, and I apologise for any inconveniance. Sjakkalle (Check!) 18:04, 15 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The article Liberal Arts (film) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

WP:NN film

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Hi, why did you use the American date format when editing a British show? Mythical Curse (talk) 15:03, 11 March 2012 (UTC).[reply]

Yes you did as proven by what you just sent me. Version before you:

Episode 1

Air date: 9 Feb 2006 The team performs the classic monte scam at the beach (The Monte), Paul and Alex steal a necklace by pretending to catch a counterfeiter (The Jewellery Shop Scam), and a proposition bet involves three shots and three pints, steal information from your computer using a keylogger (the keylogger scam), pick someone's pocket using a packet of mustard (the mustard dip), and steal deposits by renting a flat they don't own.

Your version:

Title Original air date "1" February 9, 2006 (February 9, 2006) The team performs the classic monte scam at the beach (The Monte), Paul and Alex steal a necklace by pretending to catch a counterfeiter (The Jewellery Shop Scam), and a proposition bet involves three shots and three pints, steal information from your computer using a keylogger (the keylogger scam), pick someone's pocket using a packet of mustard (the mustard dip), and steal deposits by renting a flat they don't own.

The mm dd yy format is the wrong format for a British page, you made the first change which led to the whole article using that format and me having to edit it, which took a long time. Mythical Curse (talk) 15:26, 11 March 2012 (UTC). It's okay :). You did a good job by reformatting it though. Kind regards, Mythical Curse (talk) 19:45, 11 March 2012 (UTC).[reply]

Disambiguation link notification for March 17[edit]

Hi. When you recently edited Don't Get Screwed, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Spencer Brown (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

My question[edit]

Is there a 'Ref(erence) needed' code to highlight text that requires a Reference? Also what are the rules about unreferenced lines on pages? Can i just remove them? Fob Upset (talk) 19:57, 22 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

1- {{citation needed}}

2- Yes you can remove unreferenced text. Hghyux (talk to me)(talk to others) 22:37, 22 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
