I was originally planning on a writing a new article, but I am now thinking adding to the Made in USA article would be a better option. Here are my potential WP ideas:[edit]

  1. The Made in USA page was surprisingly short. There is a marketing significance section, but it does not have many supporting examples. I would like to add something here about small and large companies that are making products in the US, and their marketing efforts. e.g. Brooks Brother has many US factories, so how do they leverage this in marketing
  2. A new section or page about startup vs. corporations that are making in US. Analyze which supports more US jobs, etc
  3. Page on marketing uses of Made in the USA
  4. Add new section on operational (i.e. supply chain) benefits. This is not discussed in the existing article.

Any of these sound good, but I agree that the Made in USA page could use some work. That might be an interesting project for you to work on, given your own business interests.Amyc29 (talk) 10:04, 30 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Hey Tyler, thanks a lot for the great advice! I will change the titles of my sub-headers to physical, social, and mental effects. I think this will help me greatly with your third comment: connecting the articles to each other. I look forward to showing the progress I make over the next few weeks!
