Hello, I'm Ganbaruby. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Brand ambassador, but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks.  Ganbaruby! (Say hi!) 15:42, 4 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. Please consider reading WP:COI, WP:NOTPROMO and WP:REFSPAM. Your pattern of editing (and username) indicate a promotional goal which is not immediately compatible with the goals of Wikipedia. Before you continue on your editing journey, please read a little bit more about the goals of the project. And on how editors, in particular those with a potential conflict of interest, should edit in a way which upholds those goals. Thanks. Guliolopez (talk) 16:58, 4 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

As previously advised, your edits, such as the edit you made to Dynamic Signal, give the impression you have a financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. You were asked to cease editing until you responded by either stating that you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits, or by complying with the mandatory requirements under the Wikimedia Terms of Use that you disclose your employer, client and affiliation. Again, you can post such a disclosure on your user page at User:EmployeeAdvocacy2021, and the template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=EmployeeAdvocacy2021|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. Please respond before making any other edits to Wikipedia. We are not here to propagate companies' buzzword-ese. "Solutions" are not the proper subject of discourse here unless you are talking about chemistry. Julietdeltalima (talk) 17:20, 4 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the specific actions and steps I need to take both. It’s much appreciated while I get my head around how to submit things properly. Will update my submissions. EmployeeAdvocacy2021 (talk) 17:36, 4 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Please promote your website elsewhere[edit]

Thanks for your response. I’ve just received a similar message from another 3 admins so will continue to read the rules on how to phrase my edits without it looking like promotion. EmployeeAdvocacy2021 (talk) 17:34, 4 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

To be clear; if you add a link to your business again you will be blocked indefinitely. OhNoitsJamie Talk 17:49, 4 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I’ve only included links to supporting articles. Both on third party and owned blog. As I’d seen that with other citations. Can you please confirm which is the one causing the issue? EmployeeAdvocacy2021 (talk) 17:51, 4 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I should note that any edits adding links to your website - which appears to be a business pushing its own servives - are likely to be removed, as they are likely to be considered advertising links and unreliable sources.
Please remember - if you're going to add content relating to a concept that isn't spoken of or can't be found outside the blog posts of your business/your employer's business, you should reconsider whether or not it's verifiable, and therefore suitable for Wikipedia.
I will say thank you for at least posting potential edits onto the Talk page of Influencer marketing before adding them to the article proper - in future, if you're unclear of whether your edits will be kept or not, this is a good tactic to use, as it allows other editors to give you feedback.
You should also look at Wikipedia's policies on Conflict of Interest editors - though we do remove unencyclopedic and advertising content, COI editors aren't de facto banned from contributing, and, provided the correct steps are followed, are welcome to edit, like everyone else. I hope this is helpful. -- Ineffablebookkeeper (talk) 17:54, 4 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
