I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

I created the artwork in question. The artwork I used for the article (which somebody deleted for reason I do not understand) was for the cartridge release of the game thus I had permission (as the creator of the work in question) to do so. EmOneGarand (talk) 22:26, 8 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
