Hi[edit]

Long time no see. I'm glad to see you here, my brother. You gonna love using the fact, constitution doesn't rule the capital. Yeah, it's true. And I'm sorry that it's literally a fact that nobody says the constitution should say where the capital located. Buy the way, it's my honor to be the first to leave message for you.Huang Sir (talk) 08:44, 17 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I just try to prove the fact. And I think Wikipedia needs fact. May I ask you some questions? You're native in Taiwan islands?Huang Sir (talk) 00:11, 18 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
There is a mediation about the capital of R.O.C. here.Something disgustting in Chinese Wikipedia will not happen here. I will defend the justice.Huang Sir (talk) 00:25, 18 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
You must provide the fact that Nanjing City, the city where you live, is currently the capital city of my country; otherwise, Taipei City is the one. You're trying to misleading poeple by providing misinterpreted sources in your way which is out of justice.--Earl of China (talk) 03:30, 21 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I don't want to say anytning. "your country"? kidding? I've never seen such a person like you suspect his motherland fantastic. And I've never seen such a person like you so quickchange. You do realise that I will never give up. And your views about constitution is wrong. Never will I argee with anyone betrayed his country. Huang Sir (talk) 15:25, 21 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Be loyal to my country if you do recognize yourself as an informal citizen of the R.O.C. --Earl of China (talk) 10:29, 22 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I am a Chinese. As far as I am concerned, I'm a resident of P.R.C. If Republic of China exists, Mr. Ma can regard me as a resident of R.O.C. Loyally, R.O.C. has a history of a hundred years, nearly. In my minds, you may prefer to accept a country named Taiwan, not found in any map. Right? As a conclusion, Actually, you do not have the qualification to call yourself a citizen of R.O.C. or Chinese. Give you some recommendation. Change your name. China did not have any earl long long ago.Huang Sir (talk) 12:20, 22 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Although the constitution doesn't mention anything about where the capital is located, you should realise that the constitution before 1947 rules the capital. The relevant acts in the constitution before 1947 do not break the contemporary one. So the sole capital is Nanking. Besides, Chiang Kai-sheik have declared that Taipei is just the provisional capital(Wartime Capital). otherwise, you will find that the Education Ministry of ROC just corrected the description of Taipei to the location of central government, after Kloyma had contacted them. Why? Taipei hasn't been the capital, yet. And I think Taipei is really a city with the founction belonged to a capital. I think you should respect the history and the truth, while you love your homeland.Huang Sir (talk) 08:46, 26 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Visa and passport articles[edit]

After extensive debate, these subjects have been split to their own separate articles. There was a long (and sometimes heated) centralised debate on removing all visa-related material from passport articles generally. The compromise arrived at was that visa-related information should be maintained at separate articles (with cross-links) rather than retained on passport articles, or removed entirely. This has been the stable situation for some time now. RashersTierney (talk) 17:47, 25 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
