July 2010[edit]

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, such as on Talk:With_You_(Jessica_Simpson_song), you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --ANowlin: talk 05:02, 28 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome and introduction[edit]

Hi, Drink1. This is NOT some automated message...it's from a real person. You can talk to me right now. Welcome to Wikipedia! I noticed you've just joined, and wanted to give you a few tips to get you started. If you have any questions, please talk to us. The tips below should help you to get started. Best of luck!  Chzz  ►  05:11, 28 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

ようこそ
  • You don't need to read anything - anybody can edit; just go to an article and edit it. Be Bold, but please don't put silly stuff in - it will be removed very quickly, and will annoy people.
  • Ask for help. Talk to us live, or edit this page, put {{helpme}} and describe what help you need. Someone will reply very quickly - usually within a few minutes.
  • Edit existing articles, before you make your own. Look at some subjects that you know about, and see if you can make them a bit better. For example, Wikipedia:Cleanup#2009.
  • When you're ready, read about Your first article. It should be about something well-known, and it will need references.

Good luck with editing; please drop me a line some time on my own talk page.

There's lots of information below. Once again, welcome to the fantastic world of Wikipedia!

October 2010[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, but when you add or change content, as you did to the article Irresistible (song), please cite a reliable source for the content of your edit. This helps maintain our policy of verifiability. Take a look at Wikipedia:Citing sources for information about how to cite sources and the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Please, don't add the information of Simpson waiting until marriage and also about Tommy Mottola asking her to lose weight. They are not sourced. The whole page is unsourced or has little information. Please try to provide sources for the statements you provide. If you can provide sources for all, you can nominate the article for a GA. Also, forums are not sources. Try copyediting the page if you can. I didn't mean to be rude to you. Any new information is always welcome in Wikipedia! Thank You. Hello! About Jessica Simpson's Irresistible.[edit]

Please don't remove the REFIMPROVE tag. We need more sources. Like in Music Video section (Background, Synopsis), charts and commercial reception and background. When we get the references, we can remove the tag. Until then it should stay. Please try to provide sources for the above mentioned sections. Thank You! Thanks,Thanks A LOT!![edit]

Thank You for adding the chart positions back! But, I have a doubt. Belgium has both Wallonia and Flanders. So, wouldn't it be difficult for readers to understand which is which? Novice7 (Talk) 03:28, 31 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not add Romanian charts or Billboard Radio songs. The first one does not have an archive, while the second is not to be included per WP:USCHART. The music video section should not have a screenshot per WP:NFCC. I'll expand the article later. Novice7 | Talk 10:07, 13 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Please don't change it (if you want it to be a Good Article). Novice7 | Talk 03:41, 16 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Irresistible[edit]

Please don't add certifications which are not present. I couldn't see Sweden certification at all. Also, format your references using {{cite web}} or {{cite news}} wherever appropriate. Novice7 | Talk 05:06, 1 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
