Thanks for your support in my not-so-recent RfA, which succeeded with a final tally of (97/4/4)! I've never been able to accept compliments gracefully, and the heavy support from this outstanding community left me at a complete loss for words -- so, a very belated thank you for all of your kind words.
I have done and will continue to do the utmost to serve the community in this new capacity, wherever it may take me, and to set an example others might wish to follow in. With a little luck and a lot of advice, this may be enough. Maybe someday the enwiki admins of the future will look back and say, "Yeah, that guy was an admin." Hopefully then they don't start talking about the explosive ArbComm case I got tied into and oh what a drama that was, but we'll see, won't we? Surely some of you have seen me in action by now; with that in mind, I openly invite and welcome any feedback here or here -- help me become the best editor and sysop I can be.

... TangoTango has kindly written up a script that once a week lists all of the new members to Esperanza. The list can be found at User:Tangotango/New members of Esperanza; it is updated once a week, and will show all of the new members since the last update. If you're not sure if everyone who joined the past week has been welcomed, that is a great place to check! Revert in headbutt
You have reverted the addition] of the [[Zidane headbutt] picture to the Headbutt article as vandalism. I can't see how it is vandalism. Even if for some wrong grasp of fair use, you don't want the picture, you should not revert the valid editions in the text. So please restore the edition. Once you have done that, I give you a friendly reminder to go and do your work as you ask in your used page. --84.20.17.84 18:18, 31 October 2006 (UTC)

Concordia Newsletter
NEWSLETTER
Concordia is currently trying to relaunch. I, and all the members of the ex-council, wish to welcome new members to the group. We are a group who aim to promote remaining civil, in an environment where messages can easily be interpretated wrongly.
Help out now!
- Try and help people remain civil! Talk to them, and help them in any way possible. Do not be afraid to use the talk page.
- Give people the Civility Barnstar.
- Make and spread some Wikitokens so people know there are people to help if they want assistance.
- Add banners or logos to your userpage to show your support.
- Suggest some ideas! Add 'em to the talk page.
We are a community, so can only work though community contributions and support. It's the helping that counts.
Decision Making
The council expired one month ago, but due to the current position of the group the current council will remain until the position of the group can be assessed, and whether it would be sensible to keep Concordia going. For most decisions, however, it will be decided by all who choose to partake in discussions. I am trying to relaunch because of the vast amounts of new members we have received, demonstrating that the aims are supported.
If you wish to opt of of further talk-page communications, just let us know here.

I have read help page where it clearly suggests that an article could be deleted on "notability" and "self-advertisement" grounds. I have suggested a couple of pages which I personally believe clearly fall in that category. This is, in my opinion, helping wiki not vandalizing it! So I suggest again, pages I proposed for deletion are clear instances of self-advertisement. cheersTumbleweedtumbles 20:45, 3 February 2007 (UTC)
