T. J. Watt[edit]

Hi DakotaRW. I believe you're the one who originally added the note for Watt's second-team All-Pro as a linebacker. The only reason I moved the format earlier, was because it looked like everything was shoved into the parentheses. I made it look like the 'awards and accomplishments' section that an administrator setup for the page. Being that there's only one second-team listed now (2019), I thought it would have been self-explanatory. Also, if he was to get it for another year, I would have moved it back into the parentheses. Believe me, I thought about that future problem after I did it, lol. Thanks for the original note! Nice meeting you. Bringingthewood (talk) 04:33, 12 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Bringingthewood, I kept going back and forth on where to place it. I personally didn't really like it inside the parentheses myself, but to keep it consistent with other NFL Players that have similar dual selections in the same year I put it inside (albeit these players typically have multiple years to where it looks cleaner). If the community wants it outside for now, I'm all for it. I just thought I was inconsistent with my editing. Nice meeting you too! DakotaRW (talk) 17:18, 12 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Great answer. Just wanted to ask first. I feel better moving it outside the parentheses. Watt also got another first-team today, thank God, so no harm done. Consistency is good, but like you said, inside for (multiple) looks clean and outside for one time looks neat also. You're not being inconsistent all, we both agree and we're part of the community. If someone says you did something wrong, I'll get on them. ;) Stay well. Bringingthewood (talk) 22:00, 12 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
