Copying within Wikipedia requires attribution

The accepted practice here is that settlements which at no point in their history had a substantial Arab population don't include the Arabic transliteration of their Hebrew names in the lead. There is nothing civil in you welcoming me to Wikipedia. I don't think I need to explain that to you. The place you cited also says Other relevant language names may appear in alphabetic order of their respective languages. Since Israel is trilingual in its road signs, there is no prevention to include the Arabic transliteration. This is what written on the official signs leading to these places, regardless of the population. To editor Bolter21: Israeli road signs are not WP:RS as far as Wikipedia is concerned: see e.g. the discussion on Talk:Neve Sha'anan. Also, National Roads Company of Israel has their own policy about which languages to include, which is different from, and has no effect on, Wikipedia's guideline quoted above, where "relevant" is explained to mean "one used by at least 10% of sources in the English language or that is used by a group of people which used to inhabit this geographical place". The guideline does not determine whether Arabic names should or shouldn't be used for the articles in question. I'll refer you to the description of what exactly are guidelines in Wikipedia: It is a generally accepted standard that editors should attempt to follow, though it is best treated with common sense, and occasional exceptions may apply. Any substantive edit to this page should reflect consensus. When in doubt, discuss first on the talk page.. In order to get what you desire, start a discussion on the WikiProject of Israel and try to reach a consensus.--Bolter21 (talk to me) 14:37, 15 October 2020 (UTC)

As I explained to you, Bnei Brak, Petah Tikva, Netanya, Rishon LeZion, Rehovot did not have Arab population, and don't have Arabic names in the lead. Please read WP:CONSENSUS to understand what does consensus mean. I don't really care about the content of your edits. They are disruptive. Hello. Per the WP:ARBPIA ruling, you are not permitted to make edits or even discuss items which fall within its scope. That includes naming conventions in Israel. It doesn't matter if said page is protected so as to physically prevent you from editing it, or not. This is a prohibition you must observe regardless of that, otherwise you risk sanctions. You must reach the the extended-confirmed user right before becoming authorized to engage in editorial work in the topic area. And please do not repeatedly term a user who has been here for half a decade as new — how does that even make sense? You are new, they are not. Thanks and good luck. November 2023

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Ukrainian language. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Ukrainian language: Case request declined

In response to your request for arbitration, the Arbitration Committee has agreed that arbitration is not required at this stage. Arbitration on Wikipedia is a lengthy, complicated process that involves the unilateral adjudication of a dispute by an elected committee. Although the Committee's decisions can be useful to certain disputes, in many cases the actual process of arbitration is unenjoyable and time-consuming. Moreover, for most disputes the community maintains an effective set of mechanisms for reaching a compromise or resolving a grievance.

Disputes among editors regarding the content of an article should use structured discussion on the talk page between the disputing editors. However, requests for comment, third opinions and other venues are available if discussion alone does not yield a consensus.
