A tag has been placed on Lake Sandra requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content. You may wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. *Pepperpiggle**Sign!* 21:29, 1 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

December 2009[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, but when you add content (particularly if you change facts and figures), as you have to the article Madden Lake, please cite a reliable source for the content you're adding or changing. This helps maintain our policy of verifiability. Take a look at Wikipedia:Citing sources for information about how to cite sources and the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Eeekster (talk) 21:32, 1 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not add content without citing verifiable and reliable sources, as you did to Songevatnet. Before making any potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Eeekster (talk) 02:13, 2 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please use latin transliterations when naming articles per WP:ENGLISH. Also, you may find File:Sølensjøen.jpg useful. Gigs (talk) 21:31, 2 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

When you create an article, please give it a geographical context: tell us what country you are writing about. Remember that Wikipedia is international, and someone may come across your article by hitting the "random article" button. Thanks. PamD (talk) 00:17, 3 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Little Tybee Island, and it appears to include a substantial copy of http://www.sherpaguides.com/georgia/coast/northern_coast/little_tybee_williamson_cabbage.html. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details.

This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. Your articles.[edit]

I think it would help the project more if you concentrated on improving the articles you have already created rather than creating more. Quality is more important than quantity after all. Gigs (talk) 22:32, 3 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

New stubs[edit]

Hi Caterpilla - it's good to see you've added a number of new stub articles lately. It would help, though, if you could do a couple of things when you do them. First, it's very important to say what country these places are in. Wikipedia is a worldwide encyclopedia, and most people aren't going to have any idea that Nord-Trøndelag and Bukerud are in Norway. Also, could you please add {{Norway-geo-stub}} to the bottom of the articles when you make them? It will help editors who are working on Norwegian geography find the articles so that they can help expand them. Cheers, Grutness...wha? 23:44, 5 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
