Trying to update Partners & Spade company page with current clients and relevant sources as it hasnt been updated in a very long time. Am I supposed to edit once a day to not disrupt?

Request reason:

I was initially warned for disruptive editing, I'm just trying to make updates to old and out of date content and articles and was unaware you can't make numerous edits in a short period of time without it being disruptive. My intention is not spam/advertising- I just need to update this company page. Also, my intention was to link the films to their IMDB, if this isnt possible I can remove those links but there were no citations at all for those films before I started and wanted to include some sort of reference. I would like to update the rest of brand development and marketing in the next day or two can someone please guide me on how to get this block lifted? Thank you! Okay, I see, my apologies. I was told by another Wiki editor that it is best to be upfront with intentions and not hide association with a page/business/ etc. I am not trying to spam or advertise.
