You have done a great job editing, and rewriting parts of this paper. I can really see the changes from the original source, and how much you have affected this papers outcome.
Honestly, I can only think of one critique I would make to the paper, and that would be adding in-text definitions pulled from either other wiki-pages, or other websites. If you take a look at the sections like the insulin granules in beta cells, or the starch granules in plants some of the terminology could be overly scientific for non-scientific viewers. So the way to fix this is by adding in definitions to the larger terminology.
