A tag has been placed on Wikipedia:Robust Details Limited requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.) or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Robust Details Limited[edit]

Hello I created a page: Robust Details Limited, in similar style & content to the NHBC page, as both organisations are linked, and it seemed appropriate to have Robust Details as well as NHBC. The page has been deleted - I did not receive a message notifying me of this. I am relatively new to this, but had thought I would get a message raising any concerns, so I could respond and address them and make any necessary changes or provide supporting information. Has the content completely gone? What can I do about it? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Buildrd (talkcontribs)

Hello. I'm responding to your message. The article you wrote was deleted because it didn't explain how Robust Details Limited was significant or important.
Fortunately, almost nothing is deleted permanently on Wikipedia. It is possible to restore the article, but you must be able to demonstrate that Robust Details Limited satisfies WP:COMPANY, the "notability" guideline that helps determine which companies qualify for encyclopedia articles.
Please provide information about reliable sources that have written about Robust Details Limited and we can discuss restoring the article. — Malik Shabazz Talk/Stalk 19:09, 29 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Malik, many thanks for your response. I will see what I can do to find the right kind of supporting information. Do I add it here? Again, thanks for taking the time to respond, I appreciate I am learning and want to make sure I do it correctly. You can post links to online sources or list the names of newspaper or magazine articles that aren't accessible online. This is a good place to do it. — Malik Shabazz Talk/Stalk 19:19, 29 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • Whaddya mean "I did not receive a message notifying me of this"? What is the message immediately above this one? I have restored the article to User:Buildrd/sandbox. Since I have restored it, you add the references to the article itself, obviously. In fact, the NHBC article is a bad example to use for references - look at Construction Industry Council instead. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 21:53, 29 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hello RHaworth. I don't have Wikipedia open all the time, I thought I would get an email notification, apologies. Thank you for restoring it. I have got some supporting information to add. Thank you. Buildrd (talk) 20:19, 30 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

  • You have two "e-mail me" options in "my preferences" which you may care to set. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 09:42, 31 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks, it was set but not confirmed. Buildrd (talk) 20:27, 1 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Hello - I've added some references, can you give me some feedback if these are the kind of thing to show notability? Buildrd (talk) 21:35, 1 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
You're on the right track (except for #5, which is a press release), but what you really need is an article or two about Robust Details Limited. When was it founded? By whom? What was its revenue? — Malik Shabazz Talk/Stalk 21:57, 1 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. I've updated the page with more references, and would welcome more feedback, thanks. Also, Robust Details Limited is now mentioned specifically on another Wikipedia page on Regulations in the United Kingdom Part E if that helps? Buildrd (talk) 11:01, 13 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I've removed the reference that refers to a Press Release. And I've made my User Name fit with guidelines (I'm formerly buildrd). Any thoughts on if this page is OK to be added to Wikipedia? Lhogg2012 (talk) 17:31, 25 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Block[edit]

One small point, I feel that your user name violates our policy so I have blocked it. You can request a formal name change, but I would suggest just create a new, personal account and carry on editing. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 16:49, 13 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Progress[edit]

Hello. I've created a new user ID that is personal. Do I need to do anything to progress the page? Lhogg2012 (talk) 17:20, 25 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

====Thanks. I have followed your instructions. Lhogg2012 (talk) 20:40, 25 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
