Angelica,

1. No, softball, Greek Festival and Vanilla Ice Cream are not stubs on Wikipedia.

2. Yes Vanilla Ice Cream and Softball are high quality pages on Wikipedia. They are broad topics with a lot of information attached to them. A better page to edit may be a brand of vanilla ice cream or a certain softball team. These are interesting topics, but a little too broad to edit for our first edits.

3. Like I've said, I couldn't find the edit proposals, so I did the best I could with the information I had.

4. No these pages are not controversial unless you prefer chocolate ice cream over vanilla ice cream.

5. Yes there is reputable information about Vanilla Ice Cream and Softball. I found a few websites that celebrate the greek festival such as http://fortlauderdalegreekfestival.org.
