Hi, welcome to Wikipedia. As far as basing a project on Wikipedia, no, its not a good idea. As you noticed, the content of a page can be very skewed and even inaccurate. A good Wikipedia article will have references and external links on the bottom of the page that will point you (hopefuly) to better content. Wikipedia does have articles that have been deemed Good articles, but even there you have to be careful since the criteria the article is being judged on is usually whether it is referenced, if someone has edited the article and skewed the information from the reference to a point of view, and the people judging the article are not experts in the field, even GA articles can be inaccurate. - Hello there and welcome to wikipedia. Muslims did discover a lot of things. But sadly the facts on this article are rather biased. Some people can think they can delete anything and then have it their own way. A good place to start with the Ancient Muslim civilisation is the Islamic Golden Age.
