I’m confused[edit]

Im just trying to get my artist and label on Wikipedia I didn’t realize I was editing someone else info why do they allow it ? So it wasn’t on purpose but I’m really confused on trying to get on Wikipedia what am I supposed to do I’m so lost Boogeymanklan1 (talk) 13:50, 3 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Almost anyone can edit almost any article on Wikipedia - that's how the site works. However, we do have rules about who or what gets an article on Wikipedia; they must be notable by the standards we've set out. Anyone or anything just getting off the ground is probably not going to meet those standards. Also, we have a lot of rules about editing things with which you have a conflict of interest. I'll add the standard template above.

Keep making music. Once you start getting noticed by reviewers in the mainstream press, it will be time to pursue a Wikipedia article.
