Welcome![edit]

Hello, Bgreen29, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Shalor and I work with the Wiki Education Foundation; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

Draft notes[edit]

Hi, I wanted to give you some feedback on your work. My main note would be to be careful of your writing style, as the content occasionally comes across as an essay more than an encyclopedia article. Avoid sentences like this one:

It is no coincidence that some of the prime years for neo-capitalism is after World War II.

This would be considered original research since it can be seen as an opinion. The sourcing in the draft is good so far, so keep going with sourcing like what you have. Shalor (Wiki Ed) (talk) 17:08, 9 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Draft notes 2[edit]

I'm also pinging Ovitanza and Wade Elmore, as you're working with them on this page. I do share in your instructor Mcassell04's concern that some of this is a little unclear as to what exactly they are, so they could use some tweaking. It would also be good to get some additional sourcing in here.

I've done some editing of these sections so that they would better fit the Economic ideology page - I'm assuming that these will go under Economic_ideology#Capitalism? If so, they're mostly ready to be posted - they still have some work to be done, but they're by large fine to start moving over. Shalor (Wiki Ed) (talk) 15:52, 27 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
