This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of The American Rating system, and it appears to include material copied directly from http://www.esrb.org/ratings/ratings_guide.jsp.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.

If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material. You may use such publications as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. (If you own the copyright to the previously published content and wish to donate it, see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for the procedure.) Speedy deletion nomination of The American Rating system[edit]

Hello BasicallyIdowrk,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged The American Rating system for deletion, because it doesn't appear to contain any encyclopedic content. Take a look at our suggestions for essential content in short articles to learn what should be included.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Anastasia (talk) 17:05, 3 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Missionedit i have deleted the page already, i didnt want it anymore because it didnt have enough views, bots got confused about the tag, and so on. But thanks for the shoot out :) - (user: BasicallyIdowrk

Please stop[edit]

Please stop your disruptive editing. Wikipedia already has a complete set of articles on movie ratings, including articles specific to the Motion Picture Association of America film rating system. It also has a complete set of articles on Video game content rating system, including the system specific to North America. Your article creations needlessly duplicate this content, creating content forks, which is strongly discouraged. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 19:02, 4 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent articles[edit]

Hello, I believe your intent with the recent articles you've created may be to inform parents and guardians about the various ratings systems and how they should interpret them. Please understand Wikipedia is not a guide or a source of advice. The existing articles about the rating systems (Motion Picture Association of America film rating system) are intended to convey factual information without expressing opinions or advice on how to interpret them, as that is up to the reader to decide. This falls under the umbrella of neutrality, a fundamental principle behind Wikipedia. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. Thanks — MusikAnimal talk 19:14, 4 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

User:Betty Logan. The PG rating can it be from another you know video from a cable parental controls i think you will find the PG rating. I have did my researches and the PG is for 10 and up from Yahoo answers and not for so on. The PG rating can be seen in a video of an approved cable box company. I know your trying to help but sometimes we do mistakes. But the MPAA supports them. It would be possible for the MPAA to be emailed at www.mpaa.org. I Can give you the link. But it is found on youtube. Maybe it will be awkward to show this.
