Hello. I am an administrator on the Romanian Wikipedia and I adapted WP:FRIENDLY for this wiki. The problem is that the morebits.js doesn't work there. Something is different. I added a line to the script, and if the form is null, it will return me a popup (and it returns it every time). If you have some free time, could you please have a look? The script is here ro:Utilizator:Firilacroco/friendly.js. Thank you a lot in advance. Firilăcroco mesage 09:00, 2 September 2008 (UTC)

TW broken starting this morning

(Fantastic tool - thanks very much for writing it) Twinkle was working fine when i went to sleep last night, this morning there are no longer rollback links being rendered on diff pages for the tip of an article. Do you know what has changed? Quaeler (talk) 10:34, 3 September 2008 (UTC)

The possible alternatives is following: 1: mystical force; 2: evil dude; 3: devs; 4: overeager admin; 5: cosmic rays; 6: me; 7: you. AzaToth 14:36, 3 September 2008 (UTC)
Hmm, ruling out (1), (5), (6), probably (7), and maybe (2); if i import solely your .js this perhaps rules out (3). That would point to (4).. you're seeing the breakage as well? (The arv, warn, ... tabs are also AWOL). Quaeler (talk) 15:08, 3 September 2008 (UTC)
Actually, it looks just fine for me; check so you don't have any old other script lying around dying now when query.php is gone. AzaToth 19:48, 3 September 2008 (UTC)
Consarnit, no. I can just see my regular rollback (official wikipedia whatever) link - none of your nice ones. The sum total of my monobook:

An to that extent, any hints at all about how someone debugs monobook includes would be welcome in lieu of seeing something obviously, newly, wrong in my configuration. Thanks... Quaeler (talk) 18:15, 4 September 2008 (UTC)
(You can delete this section; the unraveling of my idiocy was that i was originally importing someone's modified version of twinkle that went away; i then came back to reimport yours, but was (as seen above), only importing the core and no functionality... sigh.) Too new

I've been on WP for 7 months and have 1100 edits. It says my account is "too new" to use Twinkle. How old does your account have to be to use it? I've found someone who could use it after one month. Any help? SpecialK 14:56, 11 September 2008 (UTC)

Please reply on my talk page. Thanks, SpecialK 15:31, 11 September 2008 (UTC)
you just need to be autoconfirmed. AzaToth 17:24, 11 September 2008 (UTC)
I am. It's still not working. Is something wrong with it? SpecialK18:22, 12 September 2008 (UTC)

Hi

Do you have any plans in the future to make TW available to use in IE? Its just that sometimes i use a computer where i cant download programs and IE is obviously the default. It is annoying let me tell you :) Thanks Monster Under Your Bed (talk) 02:24, 15 September 2008 (UTC)

Twinkle IfD bug?

Hi AzaToth, sorry for pestering you with a duplicate report, but could you throw a quick look at my bug report at Wikipedia talk:Twinkle#Ifd notifications? There's something about Twinkle not doing proper article notifications when nominating IfDs, and if I got it right it may be a small and easy to fix error. (I'm a bit in a hurry about this because I've been relying on Twinkle and now I'm being grilled at an RfC for the horrible sin of not doing IfD properly...) Fut.Perf. 19:52, 16 September 2008 (UTC)

ok, done. AzaToth 20:04, 16 September 2008 (UTC)
Hey, you were quick! That means my adminship may be saved yet... :-) (I was going to actually do it myself, but thought I'd first try it on a copy in my user space. It seems to work.) Fut.Perf. 20:09, 16 September 2008 (UTC)
There is of course still the issue that it doesn't handle images in templates well [1]. This is of course difficult, since captions in infoboxes can be coded in many different ways. Perhaps it would be an acceptable way out if it posted notifications on article talk pages instead in such cases? Fut.Perf. 20:11, 16 September 2008 (UTC)

Hello sir,

I was wondering how to use twinkle now that I have it installed the link on the code doesn't even work in my monobook? I also tried to use it in the sandbox and that also didn't work? Help, please and thank you.
