Hi, the recent edit you made to Tatamkulu Afrika has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Your user page[edit]

Hi Audrey,

I just speedily deleted your userpage as an attack page based on the fact that it seems to exist only to disparage the subject. Please keep in mind that Wikipedia's policy on biographies of living persons applies everywhere, and that while you seem to be an otherwise good-faith contributor, this behavior is unacceptable. Please also note that this deletion was made after I was notified of it in this discussion on the administrators' noticeboard--you should feel free to contribute to the conversation there. Thank you. --jonny-mt 05:28, 30 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I just noticed the message on your user page and thought I would stop by to provide a little bit of extra clarification. Basically, the Wikipedia policy on biographies of living persons encourages both editors and administrators to err on the side of caution at all times--that is, it's better to be wrong about removing or deleting potentially libelous content than it is to be wrong about leaving it up. In your case, although I considered that you might be the subject, the third-person narrative combined with the content created enough of a doubt in my mind that I thought it was better to delete it.
Naturally, you should feel free to be creative with your user page, but please note that there are certain limits. If you would like access to some of the formatting you had on your old user page to use in a new one, I'd be more than happy to provide it.
Thank you very much, and please don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions. --jonny-mt 05:13, 2 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free media (Image:Amanda Holden.jpg)[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Amanda Holden.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 12:31, 3 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Wiki-hello![edit]

Hi!, I stumbled upon your page after I looked at the Alexina Calvert article and edited it. I just have to say, I like your sense of humor. I got a kick out of your infobox (heheh) and thought the table of your friends w/ ages was very cool. Thought you might like to know. Happy editing! -FateSmiled&DestinyLaughed (talk) 23:55, 29 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hello there Audrey! I think facility is excellent, much better than the Aquatic and Wellness Centre. I am enjoying what Wikipedia has to offer. Good evening to you Audrey!!Aidan Jennings (talk) 20:38, 6 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I have nominated List of Presidents of Switzerland by longevity, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of Presidents of Switzerland by longevity. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.

Please contact me if you're unsure why you received this message. --Jimbo W junior (talk) 16:16, 23 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

An editor has nominated one or more articles which you have created or worked on, for deletion. The nominated article is List of centenarians. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also Wikipedia:Notability and "What Wikipedia is not").

Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion(s) by adding your comments to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of centenarians (3rd nomination). Please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate.

Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 01:07, 24 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
