The previous version was basically a vanity page, yours is fine, although if you could add another ref, so that it's not reliant on just one source, that would be good Jimfbleak - talk to me? 18:20, 7 January 2014 (UTC)

  • Copied Jimfbleak. Will do. Also, can you give the discussion above (on my Talk Page) a look? I have informed editor about WP:COI but it would be better if someone more experienced can give him a helping hand. Thanks Cheers AKS 18:26, 7 January 2014 (UTC)
Thankyou for your help! I have been learning today so many edits have been made, if it is a problem just delete everything I have done.

dear Arun Singh,

I just found you put the article on " Mahua Mukherjee " the reviver of Gaudiya Nritya, Classical Dance form of Bengal on a Doubt for deletion mode. May I know howmuch you know about her and howmuch you know about classical dance of India? Moreover can I ask about your ability to doubt on a person's article who's eventually a Dean of Fine-Arts of an University? well if you dnt know anything about her or Indian Classical Dance and still putting articles on doubt then I must say Wikipedia should now think about these things else in coming days these kind of irresponsible acts will spoil the goodwill of it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Sogkol (talkcontribs) 06:50, 8 January 2014 (UTC)

Hi Aks, I have been updating my wiki page today and it is all genuine stuff but it has just flashed up saying this page has issues, something about conflict of interest! How do I sort this out? Cheers — Preceding unsigned comment added by AFarley12 (talkcontribs) 18:00, 7 January 2014 (UTC)

  • Hello AFarley12. I am not sure which update are you referring to? I can see these. Now almost all the work is done on one page Adam Farley. Are you the same person? I noticed here that you have requested for a change of name. Cheers AKS 18:12, 7 January 2014 (UTC)

Thanks for your reply, yes I am same person, all I have updated are the cups I have won while playing football, as it says I played for Droylsden if you click the links and go to finals you will see that Droylsden did win or come runner up! This is all genuine and the page is now finished! I asked for name change because people may think I'm a big head haha. Cheers — Preceding unsigned comment added by AFarley12 (talkcontribs) 18:18, 7 January 2014 (UTC)

  • Not bad for first article AFarley12; good start. It has been tagged by some editor. Let me see if I can help in some clean-up tomorrow (of course I have to check for WP:ATH). Hello, Arunsingh16. You have new messages at Arunsingh16's talk page.
You can remove this notice at any time by removing the {{Talkback}} or {{Tb}} template.

Hi there, I have the actual marriage and divorce court papers, which I can scan and fax to verify the edits I made to the page, but I wasn't sure how to submit them. The marriage took place in the City of New York on 3/26/96, presided over by Judge Thomas Griesa (and witnessed by Cindy Adams, gossip columnist of the New York Post). The divorce decree is from the Superior Court of Washington in Kings County, filed Oct 10, 1997. Thanks, Tamia3993 Tamia3993 (talk) 16:22, 9 January 2014 (UTC)

  • Dear Tamia3993; thanks for your message and for contributing to Wikipedia. Please read WP:SOURCE for source of information. There is a set guideline for providing sources. Let me know if I can be of any further help. Happy editing. Cheers AKS 07:31, 10 January 2014 (UTC)

Pitu Airport

Hi, I'm from Indonesia where this airport was located. I think this airport is a small airport currently only serving chartered flights to Ternate. Thai Airways never had a scheduled destination here. And there is also some weird destination like to Bangkok, Medan, Silangit, etc. Plus the airport in Majalengka, Jembrana and Kulon Progo is still under construction, which makes them an impossible destination. So I'm editing this article and other article that have the same issue to avoid vandalism.

  • Hello ClueBot Commons, both me and you reverted edits of user above. Interestingly, what he had reverted was not incorrect, as a matter of fact there are no commercial operations (of both airlines) from Pitu Airport. I have checked Thai website, other carrier does not have a website and have also checked travel sites like Make My Trip etc. FYI only. Cheers AKS 15:20, 11 January 2014 (UTC)

Updating Sri Lanka section of Bachelor of Information Technology Article

Hi, I'm sorry if I confused you. And I left an explanation too. It was,

It was not a Disruptive editing. And I left you a message on your talk page. Please check them before click the revert button. It's the people like you who vandalize Wikipedia and world by talking things you don't know about. So please stop talking about things beyond your knowledge. Otherwise I will have to complain about posting false information.

Using the term "without any specialization" is refused by major two universities which offer BIT as external degree (University of Colombo & University of Moratuwa).

I have close relationships with both Colombo and Moratuwa universities. Both of these institutions are not agree with the term used to explain on of their respectable programs. And they are proud of the outcome of it. If you need to contact them to clarify this statement, here are the contact numbers. If you have the authority to make that kind of statement please clarify it. Also spellings and grammar mistakes are corrected.

Thanks.

New editor would like to know why you reverted him

User:Periodyssey has asked me why you reverted him at Crystal Skull. Although I could guess why, when we revert such a good faith new edit that is actually not that bad we should explain to that editor why and give them help. I'm probably guilty of the same thing, but I'd appreciate it if you explained why you reverted it. Thanks. Dougweller (talk) 21:41, 11 January 2014 (UTC)

Proposed deletion of VAPPUZHA

The article VAPPUZHA has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

1. Incorrect namespace - should not be all caps

2. 'chazhoor' is itself a village; 'vappuzha' is more of an area/road - no notable/reliable reference source available to proof any of it

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Godrej Properties Limited requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from https://www.slideshare.net/varunkesavan/an-overview-on-the-godrej-properties-limited. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.
