Proposed deletion of Xiaobo Qu

The article Xiaobo Qu has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No indication of meeting WP:ACADEMIC or WP:GNG.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. Your additions to Xiaobo Qu have been removed in whole or in part, as they appear to have added copyrighted content without evidence that the source material is in the public domain or has been released by its owner or legal agent under a suitably-free and compatible copyright license.
