On my talk page, you said: thank you for the edits you made on the Amantadine page that I am editing as part of a Wiki editing course. I read your comments regarding your edits. It would be very helpful for me as a novice Wiki editor if you could give me some direction on ways I can improve the content that was removed. This would be very appreciated. Thank you in advance for your time and contributions.

I reverted this edit because your sources were from in vitro studies used to interpret Parkinson's mechanisms, introducing speculation into the article. According to WP:MEDRS (particularly WP:MEDANIMAL), in vitro results can be cherry-picked, are based on unphysiological conditions, usually don't report negative results, and are often non-replicable, making them unencyclopedic. Particularly for clinical disorders, we prefer sources from rigorous, systematic reviews or clinical organizations. The journal, Brain Injury, is not a place where reviews on Parkinson's appear.
