BN[edit]

I undid your removal of a big section from the BN intro again. The following section is crucial IMO and should not be deleted (not without a valid replacement, that is):

Nodes can represent any kind of variable, be it a measured parameter, a latent variable or a hypothesis. They are not restricted to representing random variables; which forms the "Bayesian" aspect of a Bayesian network.

But it would be great if you could clarify the disease/symptom example. Could certainly benefit from some work.

SVM[edit]

Nice work on the SVM pictures. dfrankow 23:15, 21 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Florecne Nightingale[edit]

She DID actually have a pet owl called Athena!

The animal is stuffed and viewable at her house in Holloway (I've seen it!)

But whether it merits mention here I doubt.

Did you see my comment on the talk page? MisterSheik 22:09, 29 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, a while back you added a context tag to the article Powernext, I just updated the article in an attempt to make it more clear, and I was wondering if you could take a look and let me know if you think it has enough context now. Thanks, Regards, Vrac (talk) 06:24, 13 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, I think the article is much clearer now. I removed the tag. AnAj (talk) 14:49, 15 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Message at Commons[edit]

Hi, I posted a message for you at commons:User talk:AnAj#k-nearest neighbor algorithm image a while back. You probably never saw it so I am notifying you here instead. If you can help I'd appreciate it. Thanks. –CWenger (^@) 19:43, 18 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
