Thanks for your contributions to Sinhala Slang please keep up the good work Ritigala Jayasena 13:36, 9 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please keep on editing despite the deletion nomination. If the AFD process concludes that Sinhala Slang is to be deleted due to lack of cited references and verifiability, we have to bow down to that decision without hard-feelings. The work we have done will not be wasted as we can always post it back with proper referances. The best thing is to post the content in some other website after giving credit to WP and WP contributors. I will probably host this in few Sri Lankan sites. We can then use it as a reference. Although we know personally that Sinhala Slang is a very accurate article on contemporary slang, WP userss who are not native speakers of Sinhala will always have a doubt about the article's accuracy without verifiable references. Hi Amiladm, Hope you are not disappointed about the deletion of the article Sinhala Slang. I am not going to campaign for undeletion as I also agree that there are two major issues with it. (WP is not a dictionary, and WP is not for OR). However, I want to publish this work in few Sri Lanka sites. Ritigala Jayasena 05:19, 14 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
