Hi Alan, I've seen your message, but I'm just about to go out for the day. It will be tomorrow or possibly Monday before I respond. Sorry for the delay Jimfbleak - talk to me? 04:31, 1 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

OK, I'm back. the article was deleted three times in total. The article was deleted because

  • it did not provide independent verifiable sources to enable us to verify the facts and show that it meets the notability guidelines. The deleted version had no references, and the only link was to the organisation's website, clearly not neutral. If she is genuinely notable, there will be proper independent sources
  • it was written in a promotional tone. Articles must be neutral and encyclopaedic. Examples of unsourced claims presented as fact in just the first short paragraph include: well-known novelist... Vienna's intellectual elite... she had a gift for automatic writing... she was deeply involved...
  • You said that it's not promotional because no money is involved. If I wrote "'Obama is America's greatest-ever president" nobody profits, but I don't think it would be regarded as neutral encyclopaedic writing. This article was basically just a fan piece.
  • The article was created in a single edit without wikilinks or references, and looks as if was copied from an unknown and possibly copyrighted source. That's not a reason for deleting, just a comment

Dear Jim,

Those are very good points. I think I can do better to clear them up and create an article that is wiki-worthy. I'll give it a shot.

Alan
