HNPCC changes.

Based on the move request and the input from medical geneticist, I am requesting that the editor:

Stop the redirection from Lynch Syndrome to HNPCC.

Transfer the extant contents of HNPCC to the Lynch Syndrome page.

I and others will re-write the HNPCC content over the next few days - so that it reflects the new wording.

A stub HNPCC page be created, which we will edit to have links to Lynch Syndrome and to HNPCC-x (probably starting as just a section of the HNPCC page, and evolving into its own page in time.
