BC 395 Highway

Hello, I've made a mistake and just now noticed it. About a month or so ago I was perusing the BC Highway pages, and noticed that BC Highway 395 just went to US Route 395 in Washington. I did not see anything at the time to indicate that this was anything but laziness, (but admittedly didn't know where to look). Having come to the page again, I can see that there was some discussion and this was done two years ago on purpose by you. I'm not sure what the correct etiquette is at this point. Having looked over the merging discussion, it wasn't even clear to me why this was merged. Yes it's a short highway whose name is derived from a US route number, but it's certainly not US Route 395, and it really seems like to me every Highway should have it's own page and Hyperlinks to and from the US Route 395, is all that is appropriate? Anyway I'm not sure what the best course of action is at this point.

Unfortunately, Admrboltz has not edited in a while, so I'll respond here. From what I know, there were probably concerns that the BC article would be really short, and thus it should be combined with the WA article to provide one better article. --Rschen7754 08:45, 15 July 2012 (UTC)
It seems to me like a much better approach would be to merge the smallish highways in BC into one article. Merging it into the US Route 395 in Washington article just struct me as very weird, as this is just done because the route numbers are the same. Why isn't BC Highway 41 (1.4 km) merged with Washington Route 21? But I'm not sure what's wrong with a small article or a stub (I'm not a prolific editor so maybe it is generally frowned upon).
