Hi ARoble12,

I was going through some of the research available for your fungus Lecythophora hoffmannii where I found some research that may interest you. Sakaeyama et al. managed to document a case of canine osteomyelitis caused by Lecythophora hoffmani. The title of the article is: Lecythophora hoffmannii isolated from a case of canine osteomyelitis in Japan PMID: 17464847. As well, I found an article by Marriott et al., illustrating some fungal infections in AIDS patients caused by Scytalidium dimidiatum and your fungus. The article is called: "Scytalidium dimidiatum and Lecythophora hoffmannii: unusual causes of fungal infections in a patient with AIDS." PMID: 9350765. Also I found an article characterizing Lecythophora as well as Phialemonium genus (the genus that my fungus is part of). The article is written by, Perdomo et al. and is titled: "Molecular and phenotypic characterization of Phialemonium and Lecythophora isolates from clinical samples" PMID: 21270235. Let me know if you would like to exchange notes on this article as I am planning on using it for my wiki page.
