I suggest you start arguing your point on the talk page instead of revertwarring. Edit warring is not the right way to get your point across and it may even get you blocked from editing completely. In fact protecting the page was probably helpful for you - another administrator might have blocked you for edit warring if you had reverted one more time. I protected the version that was in place when I arrived at the article. I have no opinion about whether your version or the existing one is better - and I dont need to have one.
