Jeff Bridges[edit]

The form since 1996 should be used in favor of 1996–present in article text and infoboxes.

This seems clear to me. Thanks! Plastikspork (talk) 03:45, 30 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

August 2009[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, adding content without citing a reliable source, as you did to Medium (TV series), is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you are familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources, please take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. -sesuPRIME 02:38, 3 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Apology & recommendation[edit]

Hi, 66richardson. Sorry for accusing you of vandalism in this edit. It was due to your unexplained removal of the image in this edit. After reverting you, I looked and noticed I'd stupidly uploaded a poster to a different film. I've corrected this error and uploaded the right poster. A simple edit summary explaining the reason for your edits will help prevent this kind of misunderstanding in the future. Regards. Dekkappai (talk) 19:33, 6 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Use of album covers[edit]

Hi, I want to let you know that I removed the album cover from War Pigs and why I did it. The use of album covers in Wikipedia articles is covered in WP:NFC and is only allowed "for identification only in the context of critical commentary of that item". So in this case it is allowed for Paranoid (album), but not Paranoid (song), War Pigs, or any other songs from the album. J04n(talk page) 16:07, 12 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

IGI Databank[edit]

Hi Richardson!

I noticed you edited the Project IGI article here on Wikipedia; care to join the IGI Databank and contribute some info or pictures about the weapons, characters, missions and things in the IGI games?

Some of the best articles: David, Anya, M16A2, Map Computer, Project IGI Missions, IGI 2 Missions.

Thanks for any help. Tom Jenkins (reply) 15:21, 14 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

October 2013[edit]

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Soupy Norman may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "()"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

List of unpaired brackets remaining on the page:

Disambiguation link notification for October 19[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Soupy Norman, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Grand Canal and Spin-off (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
