@Bbb23: I am trying to follow the rules. You listed the reason for blocking me as block evasion, but I've never been blocked before you did this. According to the Guide to Appealing Blocks, I am required to receive clarification from you as to why I was blocked and you are expected to provide it, before I proceed further. I've read over Block Evasion, and I'm not guilty of that. I even read over Common Rationales for blocks and none of those applied either.
