Why did you remove the name and the source? It's a primary document of the State of Vietnam clearly calling it "The Grand Seal of the State" both in French and English. Yes, it includes the name of the Chief of State and his title, but at the time the French still saw the former Emperor as embodying the Vietnamese state which is why his status is so elevated. --Donald Trung (talk) 17:58, 24 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
