Sundayclose has had plenty of time to to fix the missing reference or change the style but has done nothing. Deleting a reference is not constructive. The core principle of Wikipedia:Verifiability requires the information in book reference to verify the production section. No one is required to fix anything on Wikipedia. If you want the style changed, fix it yourself. No one is required to fix the style, but editors are required to make sure information is verified.
