Since you asked...[edit]

"Are you done yet?"

- Are you? You knew I would be pinged by your revert and see your question in the edit summary. Obviously you were soliciting a reply.

"Show them or remove them completely, that isn't a contradiction."

- So, removing them completely is an option now? You're ok with that, but not simply collapsing them with a standard and commonly used template?

"Do what you want to on your own talk page"

- Is that your way saying I should not have added that template to that IP user talk page? (The one you keep edit-warring on?) Surely you see the contradiction in all this behavior of yours? All I did was a simple maintenance action. Your actions are purely disruptive. Why don't you just let it go? That user will be aware of the warnings, regardless if they're visible, collapsed or deleted. It's fairly standard to remove old warnings, other people may end up using that IP as well. Why do you think there are templates for this anyway? Lastly, what's with the discussion-via-edit-summary? If you have something to say, that's what your talk page is for. Orherwise, instead of furthering the discussion with revert-pings and edit summary comments & questions, if you're done, just leave the page. You'll move on to another IP soon enough anyway. And if you want to clear the page, but don't want a response to any must-have-last-word edit summary comments, then just clear the page as an edit, instead of as a revert. Seems simple enough, no? There's no need for conflict here. If you're willing to have collegial discussion, I'm sure any dispute can be resolved. Have a nice day - wolf 02:28, 13 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
