I have no interest in reopening my old account and prefer to edit without an account as the rules allow. I only edit occasionally because Wikipedia is so frequently toxic, you've seen a recent example. I can tell you that User:Nyaros (and before that User:Sebastian James) has been WP:UNCIVIL for many years. He edits like a bull in a china shop. He reflexively accuses anon IP editors of being sock puppets but edits using a pseudonym and behaves badly himself. He has a history of being rude and calling edits he doesn't like vandalism[1]. Until recently his user page claimed he was "no longer here" while continuing to edit on an almost daily basis. He is just intermittently abusive enough to occasionally get brought up before the admins (I'm not going to dredge through the archives for those) but to skirt punishment and not actually get censured for this ongoing long term pattern of WP:UNCIVIL behavior. He does eventually follow the consensus but has not stopped being WP:UNCIVIL for going on several years now.
