I do not rely on one source (because sometimes the source can contain errors), I usually search the web for information. I do a Google search with: country names (in their native languages if possible, e.g. French) + "CHAN", and set the option of finding articles in the last few days only. I can usually find the news articles of the matches. If you want one source, you can go to futbol24.com: [1], but they sometimes get the scores wrong, e.g. they list Djibouti 1-1 Burundi, but the correct score is Djibouti 1-2 Burundi: [2].
