I am a bit lost, I feel like I'm in liferaft floating around in wiki space so if you see this flare, I would love some help.

I have been observing Harbor Seals for almost 30 years... first on a low tide ledge in Southern Maine, now on a high tide ledge in a deep bay off Downeast Maine. In both places I have been able to identify and record life histories of about 40 individuals. Site loyalty, pupping history, behavior, are the focus of my study.

I am not a biologist, rather an "old fashioned naturalist" so I realize much of what I have to add to Harbor seal articles is observational. I have a lot of photographs which I would be willing to share, have done a lot of reading on marine mammal biology and have seen things which are intriguing. Please let me know how I can be of use if you find me. Yeimaya 18:05, 7 January 2007 (UTC)yeimaya
