Hi Thecheesykid, You removed my link to the "Israel housing bubble blog" from "Israel's housing bubble". This is not an advertising or anything like that, it's a blog that explore the Israeli bubble. I would appreciate if you take the link back. Thanks in advance. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ronstoc (talkcontribs) 10:57, 30 June 2011 (UTC)

Hi Thecheesykid,

I added link to "Israel Housing bubble blog" in the page "Israel's housing bubble" and you took it off. This is not an advertise of any kind, it is a blog that explore the Israeli bubble. It is a nonprofit blog on blogspot. I would appreciate if you take the link back.

Thanks in advance --Ronstoc (talk) 11:22, 30 June 2011 (UTC)

Blogs are generally not allowed in External links, please see: Wikipedia:External links#Links normally to be avoided. Thanks. Sorry for the late reply. That Ole Cheesy Dude (Talk to the hand!) 06:21, 1 July 2011 (UTC)

A cupcake for you!

Hehe, I was testing it out on myself, seems silly I can give myself one, but they probably didn't think users would be silly enough to do that! :) The Helpful One 00:02, 1 July 2011 (UTC)

July 2011

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed content from Tahir Naqvi. When removing content, please specify a reason in the edit summary and discuss edits that are likely to be controversial on the article's talk page. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the content has been restored, as you can see from the page history. Those links were relevant to the article about a professional football player. Thank you. Toddst1 (talk) 01:48, 1 July 2011 (UTC)

Constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, but a recent edit that you made to User talk:Ohiostateeagles has been reverted or removed because it was a misuse of a warning or blocking template. Please use the user warnings sandbox for any tests you may want to do, or take a look at our introduction page to learn more about contributing to the encyclopedia. Thank you. Toddst1 (talk) 01:49, 1 July 2011 (UTC)

Did you really need to issue me two warnings for one mistaken reversion to a now speedily deleted article? Not sure I deserved that really... :( That Ole Cheesy Dude (Talk to the hand!) 02:54, 1 July 2011 (UTC)

Your revert at User talk:Pdfpdf

Hi! I just thought I'd leave a note to say that your revert here should probably not have been done with the standard Huggle rollback. Although the edit summary said "test", it appears not to have been a normal test edit, but an attempt by Pdfpdf (who has been blocked) to comment on his block. In the future, you may want to take a closer look at edits like this in the "User talk" namespace, as there is often more to them then meets the eye. Thanks!  -- Lear's Fool 14:15, 2 July 2011 (UTC)

Ignore that, I see you made a sensible and helpful comment on the IP's talkpage. Sorry to waste your time, I should have looked a little harder myself.  -- Lear's Fool 14:23, 2 July 2011 (UTC)

Oh, that's quite alright, I could give you a barnstar for random acts of kindness for giving me a barnstar for random acts of kindness, but then you'd have to give me a barnstar for random acts of kindness for that and it would create an infinite loop. Regrettably I don't want an infinite amount of barnstars, it would take waaay too long for my userpage to load... But yeah, thanks! That Ole Cheesy Dude (Talk to the hand!) 15:53, 3 July 2011 (UTC)

Virtual Learning

Hey, I have removed the content in question. Can you remove the speedy deletion warning?

That is still a copyright violation of your other sources. Just because you have referenced it, does not mean that it is not a breach of copyright. That Ole Cheesy Dude (Talk to the hand!) 17:00, 3 July 2011 (UTC)
Hey, but the content in question is not on my page. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Buturab (talkcontribs) 17:08, 3 July 2011 (UTC)
No but other content is still copyrighted, just because the identified copyright breach has been removed does not mean that there isn't more, which there is. You're going to have to let this article get deleted, I suggest that if you want to have this article instated that you start again from scratch and write it all yourself. Thanks. Michelle Pfeiffer

I replaced the links you pointed out on the nomination (except for the Talk Talk bio which I don't think is unreliable at all since I've never had problems using this one with other reviewers). Although I think your decision to fail the article just because of those few links was too arbitrary, I can't say anything since most of them were actually unreliable. The article is already re-nominated.--Gunt50 (talk) 23:03, 3 July 2011 (UTC)

Brilliant, I'm sorry to have had to quickfail you on that review, it's a good job you hadn't nominated it for long, so hopefully no harm. I think I'll set about reviewing the Pfeiffer article again, if you have no objections? That Ole Cheesy Dude (Talk to the hand!) 08:25, 4 July 2011 (UTC)
You're welcome if you wanna re-review the article. Since you mentioned I haven't nominated it for long, I should explain I'm actually co-nominating the article with other user with whom I worked on it for the last months according to our considerations. A good part of the article was written before we started working on it.--Gunt50 (talk) 16:34, 4 July 2011 (UTC)

XXL (magazine)

This XXL (magazine) was not a copyvio, the page you linked to was a copy of the wikipedia article and credited it on the bottom! Graeme Bartlett (talk) 12:48, 5 July 2011 (UTC)

Correct: G12 is for articles that are copyvios, for Popping Cherry the newer version looked to be a problem, but the older version was OK. For this you can restore the last good text. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 12:50, 5 July 2011 (UTC)

How was the older version okay? It was copied and pasted straight from [1]? That Ole Cheesy Dude (Talk to the hand!) 12:52, 5 July 2011 (UTC)
You are right, your link went to a different page to this one, I will remove the paragraph. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 12:57, 5 July 2011 (UTC)

RE: The IP you spoke of

No problem, I'm glad that you could take care of that individual and the respective editing activity. However, I hate say it, but that particular person was not the one I was talking about in the original message. The one I was talking about had multiple IPs starting with 90.21#.###.###. Also, #90 has multiple IPs based in or around London, England, while this #78 is based in Turkey, maybe in or around Istanbul; I found that out via WHOIS programs. I don't know if #78 likes IP hopping, but regardless of who does it, IP hopping is very inconvenient. Happy editing, and have a nice day. Lost

Since you recently cleaned up Every Man for Himself, can you do the same with I Do (Lost)? Thanks. (I also wondered if you have any other Lost plans on the way) igordebraga 19:54, 17 July 2011 (UTC)

I've run an edit over the top half of I Do now, and I try to make the odd occasional helping hand edit to Lost articles but don't have any specific firm plans for the moment. But who knows? I might beef up a few articles by whim... Good luck to you on your noms, I considered reviewing both Every Man and I Do, but decided that I didn't want to risk breaching the GA rule for personal association with an article. Have a cracking day. That Ole Cheesy Dude (Talk to the hand!) 04:13, 18 July 2011 (UTC)

Renomination of Mind Over Murder for Good Article Status

Hi! I can see from the talk page of Mind Over Murder that you reviewed it for the first time, some time in late June. Well, I was in no way connected with the article then, but I later came across it and thought I could provide that extra little push you said would make it a GA. So, I did a nice copyedit on it, and fixed a few other things, and consulted with User:Pedro thy master, who is the main contributor on that article and, in fact, is handling the whole first season of Family Guy. He fixed it up some more too, and now thinks it's ready for renomination. Now, this is my first GAN, but Pedro said I should consult you, to see if you could re-review it. I have already re-listed it on the Wikipedia:Good article nominations page. I'd really appreciate it... I feel like we're so close. Bobnorwal (talk) 01:04, 18 July 2011 (UTC)

checkY. Okay, I've reviewed the article now. I've put it on hold pending changes. That Ole Cheesy Dude (Talk to the hand!) 03:31, 18 July 2011 (UTC)

Nudity images

Just to let you know those images they put on there are not appropiate for the site. Thats why i removed them and marked it for deletion. Because if they upload those stuff then they can get caught by wikipedia or mediawiki for uploading those, they can get in serious trouble with the website and they will get warned. If they keep uploading nudity images then they will have their accounts terminated. Those images are a violation of mediawiki's terms of use. Thats why Mediawiki is serious about those rules. I looked at the rules and it said no nudity and sexual content is allowed and i know better than to upload these bad images. If they see it then they get reported to the site. Therefore those images should be marked for deletion and removed from the page.--HappyLogolover2011 (talk) 06:04, 18 July 2011 (UTC)

Those nude images are featured on the article nudity and have been uploaded since 2008. Why would a speedy deletion be appropriate? If you could please direct me to one of these regulations preventing nudity in Wikipedia (or Wikimedia) images, I would much appreciate it. That Ole Cheesy Dude (Talk to the hand!) 06:08, 18 July 2011 (UTC)
Because there are rules about nudity on the site. Thats why i have to to mark them for speedy deletion so they can delete it because mediawiki is serious about the content policies.--HappyLogolover2011 (talk) 06:18, 18 July 2011 (UTC)
Provide a diff for this regulation please. That Ole Cheesy Dude (Talk to the hand!) 06:19, 18 July 2011 (UTC)
I know how to compare a revision of the page which is based on the history.--HappyLogolover2011 (talk) 06:21, 18 July 2011 (UTC)
Please give me a link to the page that says that nude images are not allowed on Pedia or Media. Thanks That Ole Cheesy Dude (Talk to the hand!) 06:24, 18 July 2011 (UTC)
Its this link right here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:WikiProject_Wikipedians_for_encyclopedic_merit#Suggest_constructive_ways_to_modify_the_statement_of_policy. Thats where it says theres no nudity images or any content on that page. — Preceding unsigned comment added by HappyLogolover2011 (talkcontribs) 06:36, 18 July 2011 (UTC)
That does not support your claims. Do you want another try? I'm afraid the whole point of this has been that there is no Wikipedia policy against nudity, there has been a new censorship feature added to Wikipedia recently to allow parents to turn off any unwanted images, but there is no policy that will allow you to remove an image solely because it contains nudity. Thanks. That Ole Cheesy Dude (Talk to the hand!) 06:40, 18 July 2011 (UTC)

Incorrect edit

Please be advised that your corrected edit regarding Wayne Carey handballing groceries into his shopping trolley is incorrect. This has been placed in his wikipedia article as fact - the second sentence is a humourous connection between the event and australian football. Your assumption that this is vandalisation is incorrect and unfounded - this is not China mate.

I never assumed vandalism, I just reverted an unsourced and unencyclopaedic claim. And it is China to the people who live in China. That Ole Cheesy Dude (Talk to the hand!) 06:49, 18 July 2011 (UTC)
It is sourced from an unpublished sourse like 90% on the 'unencyclopaedic' infomation within Wikipedia. This is meant to be a social source of information - not a socialist-run information source that is constantly censored. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 203.214.69.225 (talk) 06:56, 18 July 2011 (UTC)
