There are many volcanoes around the world.one of the most famous ones is called tambora. Tambora is a super volcano In Indonesia that last erupted in the spring of 1815.

When this eruption occurred many people,animals and crops died. This year was known as the year without a summer because the ash that got spewed up in to the air blocked the sunlight.

Tambora is currently an active volcano that could erupt any moment.
