Almhamed is a beautiful village located in the east of the Al-Baha region[1], Saudi Arabia with a population of approximately 3000 people.

In winter, it is cloudy, rainy, foggy, and cold. Sometimes it is windy too. In summer, the weather is moderate.

Seventy percent of the landscape consists of mountains. It is a green village with many farms. For irrigation, the local people save rainwater. It has many farms of apples, grapes, and pomegranates. Corns are another common farm product.

It is a traditional village that contains approximately 200 years old stone buildings. It has a tower called Hussan (fort) which is 40 meters high. It was built to protect the residents during war times.
